כ"ט:י"ב וּבַחֲמִשָּׁה֩ עָשָׂ֨ר י֜וֹם לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִ֗י מִֽקְרָא־קֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֔ם כָּל־מְלֶ֥אכֶת עֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֣א תַעֲשׂ֑וּ וְחַגֹּתֶ֥ם חַ֛ג לַיהוָ֖ה שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִֽים׃

29:12 On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, you shall observe a sacred occasion: you shall not work at your occupations.—Seven days you shall observe a festival of the LORD.—

29:12 And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have a holy convocation: ye shall do no manner of servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days;

כ"ט:י"ב וּבְחַמְשַׁת עַשְׂרָא יוֹמָא לְיַרְחָא שְׁבִיעָאָה מְעָרַע קַדִּישׁ יְהֵי לְכוֹן כָּל עִבִידַת פּוּלְחָנָא לָא תַעַבְּדוּן וּתְחַגּוּן חַגָּא קֳדָם יְיָ שַׁבְעָא יוֹמִין:

כ"ט:י"ג וְהִקְרַבְתֶּ֨ם עֹלָ֜ה אִשֵּׁ֨ה רֵ֤יחַ נִיחֹ֙חַ֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה פָּרִ֧ים בְּנֵי־בָקָ֛ר שְׁלֹשָׁ֥ה עָשָׂ֖ר אֵילִ֣ם שְׁנָ֑יִם כְּבָשִׂ֧ים בְּנֵֽי־שָׁנָ֛ה אַרְבָּעָ֥ה עָשָׂ֖ר תְּמִימִ֥ם יִהְיֽוּ׃

29:13 You shall present a burnt offering, an offering by fire of pleasing odor to the LORD: Thirteen bulls of the herd, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs; they shall be without blemish.

29:13 and ye shall present a burnt-offering, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: thirteen young bullocks, two rams, fourteen he-lambs of the first year; they shall be without blemish;

כ"ט:י"ג וּתְקָרְבוּן עֲלָתָא קוּרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבֵּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ תּוֹרִין בְּנֵי תוֹרֵי תְּלַת עֲשַׂר דִּכְרִין תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא אַרְבְּעָא עֲשַׂר שַׁלְמִין יְהוֹן:

כ"ט:י"ד וּמִנְחָתָ֔ם סֹ֖לֶת בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן שְׁלֹשָׁ֨ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֜ים לַפָּ֣ר הָֽאֶחָ֗ד לִשְׁלֹשָׁ֤ה עָשָׂר֙ פָּרִ֔ים שְׁנֵ֤י עֶשְׂרֹנִים֙ לָאַ֣יִל הָֽאֶחָ֔ד לִשְׁנֵ֖י הָאֵילִֽם׃

29:14 The meal offerings with them—of choice flour with oil mixed in—shall be: three-tenths of a measure for each of the thirteen bulls, two-tenths for each of the two rams,

29:14 and their meal-offering, fine flour mingled with oil, three tenth parts for every bullock of the thirteen bullocks, two tenth parts for each ram of the two rams,

כ"ט:י"ד וּמִנְחַתְהוֹן סוּלְתָּא דְּפִילָא בִמְשָׁח תְּלָתָא עִשְׂרוֹנִין לְתוֹרָא חַד לִתְלָתָא עֲשַׂר תּוֹרִין תְּרֵין עִשְׂרוֹנִין לְדִכְרָא חַד לִתְרֵין דִּכְרִין:

כ"ט:ט"ו וְעִשָּׂרׄוֹן֙ עִשָּׂר֔וֹן לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד לְאַרְבָּעָ֥ה עָשָׂ֖ר כְּבָשִֽׂים׃

29:15 and one-tenth for each of the fourteen lambs.

29:15 and a several tenth part for every lamb of the fourteen lambs;

כ"ט:ט"ו וְעִשְׂרוֹנָא עִשְׂרוֹנָא לְאִמְּרָא חַד לְאַרְבְּעַת עֲשַׂר אִמְּרִין:

כ"ט:ט"ז וּשְׂעִיר־עִזִּ֥ים אֶחָ֖ד חַטָּ֑את מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד מִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ (ס)

29:16 And there shall be one goat for a sin offering—in addition to the regular burnt offering, its meal offering and libation.

29:16 and one he-goat for a sin-offering beside the continual burnt-offering, the meal-offering thereof, and the drink-offering thereof.

כ"ט:ט"ז וּצְפִיר בַּר עִזִּין חַד חַטָּאתָא בַּר מֵעֲלַת תְּדִירָא מִנְחָתַהּ וְנִסְכַּהּ:

כ"ט:י"ז וּבַיּ֣וֹם הַשֵּׁנִ֗י פָּרִ֧ים בְּנֵי־בָקָ֛ר שְׁנֵ֥ים עָשָׂ֖ר אֵילִ֣ם שְׁנָ֑יִם כְּבָשִׂ֧ים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָ֛ה אַרְבָּעָ֥ה עָשָׂ֖ר תְּמִימִֽם׃

29:17 Second day: Twelve bulls of the herd, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs, without blemish;

29:17 And on the second day ye shall present twelve young bullocks, two rams, fourteen he-lambs of the first year without blemish;

כ"ט:י"ז וּבְיוֹמָא תִנְיָנָא תּוֹרִין בְּנֵי תוֹרֵי תְּרֵי עֲשַׂר דִּכְרִין תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא אַרְבְּעָא עֲשַׂר שַׁלְמִין:

כ"ט:י"ח וּמִנְחָתָ֣ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֡ם לַ֠פָּרִים לָאֵילִ֧ם וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֛ים בְּמִסְפָּרָ֖ם כַּמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃

29:18 the meal offerings and libations for the bulls, rams, and lambs, in the quantities prescribed;

29:18 and their meal-offering and their drink-offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs, according to their number, after the ordinance;

כ"ט:י"ח וּמִנְחַתְהוֹן וְנִסְכֵּיהוֹן לְתוֹרִין לְדִכְרִין וּלְאִמְּרִין בְּמִנְיָנֵיהוֹן כִּדְחָזֵי:

ומנחתם ונסכיהם לפרים. פָּרֵי הֶחָג שִׁבְעִים הֵם כְּנֶגֶד שִׁבְעִים אֻמּוֹת, וּמִתְמַעֲטִים וְהוֹלְכִים, סִימָן כְּלָיָה הִיא לָהֶם, וּבִימֵי הַמִּקְדָּשׁ הָיוּ מְגִנִּים עֲלֵיהֶם מִן הַיִּסּוּרִין (סוכה נ"ה):

ולכבשים. כְּנֶגֶד יִשְׂרָאֵל שֶׁנִּקְרְאוּ "שֶׂה פְזוּרָה" (ירמיהו נ'), וְהֵם קְבוּעִים, וּמִנְיָנָם תִּשְׁעִים וּשְׁמוֹנָה, לְכַלּוֹת מֵהֶם תִּשְׁעִים וּשְׁמוֹנֶה קְלָלוֹת שֶׁבְּמִשְׁנֵה תוֹרָה; בַּשֵּׁנִי נֶאֱמַר וְנִסְכֵּיהֶם עַל שְׁנֵי תְמִידֵי הַיּוֹם, וְלֹא שִׁנָּה הַלָּשׁוֹן אֶלָּא לִדְרֹשׁ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמְרוּ רַבּוֹתֵינוּ זִ"לִ (ספרי; שבת ק"נ) בַּשֵּׁנִי וְנִסְכֵּיהֶם, בַּשִּׁשִּׁי וּנְסָכֶיהָ, בַּשְּׁבִיעִי כְּמִשְׁפָּטָם, מֵ"ם יוֹ"ד מֵ"ם הֲרֵי כָאן מַיִם, רֶמֶז לְנִסּוּךְ הַמַּיִם מִן הַתּוֹרָה בֶּחָג:

כ"ט:י"ט וּשְׂעִיר־עִזִּ֥ים אֶחָ֖ד חַטָּ֑את מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃ (ס)

29:20 Third day: Eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs, without blemish;

29:20 And on the third day eleven bullocks, two rams, fourteen he-lambs of the first year without blemish;

כ"ט:כ׳ וּבְיוֹמָא תְלִיתָאָה תּוֹרִין חַד עֲשַׂר דִּכְרִין תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא אַרְבְּעָא עֲשַׂר שַׁלְמִין:

כ"ט:כ"א וּמִנְחָתָ֣ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֡ם לַ֠פָּרִים לָאֵילִ֧ם וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֛ים בְּמִסְפָּרָ֖ם כַּמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃

29:23 Fourth day: Ten bulls, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs, without blemish;

29:23 And on the fourth day ten bullocks, two rams, fourteen he-lambs of the first year without blemish;

כ"ט:כ"ג וּבְיוֹמָא רְבִיעָאָה תּוֹרִין עַשְׂרָא דִּכְרִין תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא אַרְבְּעָא עֲשַׂר שַׁלְמִין:

29:26 Fifth day: Nine bulls, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs, without blemish;

29:26 And on the fifth day nine bullocks, two rams, fourteen he-lambs of the first year without blemish;

כ"ט:כ"ו וּבְיוֹמָא חֲמִישָׁאָה תּוֹרִין תְּשַׁע דִּכְרִין תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא אַרְבְּעָא עֲשַׂר שַׁלְמִין:

כ"ט:כ"ז וּמִנְחָתָ֣ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֡ם לַ֠פָּרִים לָאֵילִ֧ם וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֛ים בְּמִסְפָּרָ֖ם כַּמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃

כ"ט:ל"ה בַּיּוֹם֙ הַשְּׁמִינִ֔י עֲצֶ֖רֶת תִּהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם כָּל־מְלֶ֥אכֶת עֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֥א תַעֲשֽׂוּ׃

29:35 On the eighth day you shall hold a solemn gathering;cSee note at Lev. 23.36. you shall not work at your occupations.

עצרת תהיה לכם. עֲצוּרִים בַּעֲשִׂיַּת מְלָאכָה; דָּ"אַ, עצרת — עִצְרוּ מִלָּצֵאת, מְלַמֵּד שֶׁטָּעוּן לִינָה; וּמִדְרָשׁוֹ בַאַגָּדָה לְפִי שֶׁכָּל יְמוֹת הָרֶגֶל הִקְרִיבוּ כְנֶגֶד שִׁבְעִים אֻמּוֹת, וּבָאִין לָלֶכֶת, אָמַר לָהֶם הַמָּקוֹם בְּבַקָּשָׁה מִכֶּם עֲשׂוּ לִי סְעוּדָה קְטַנָּה כְּדֵי שֶׁאֵהָנֶה מִכֶּם (סוכה נ"ה):

פר אחד איל אחד. אֵלּוּ כְנֶגֶד יִשְׂרָאֵל, הִתְעַכְּבוּ לִי מְעַט עוֹד, וּלְשׁוֹן חִבָּה הוּא זֶה, כְּבָנִים הַנִּפְטָרִים מֵאֲבִיהֶם וְהוּא אוֹמֵר לָהֶם קָשָׁה עָלַי פְּרֵדַתְכֶם, עַכְּבוּ עוֹד יוֹם אֶחָד, מָשָׁל לְמֶלֶךְ שֶׁעָשָׂה סְעוּדָה כוּ', כִּדְאִיתָא בְמַסֶּכֶת סֻכָּה (שם); וּבְמִדְרַשׁ רַבִּי תַנְחוּמָא: לִמְּדָה תוֹרָה דֶּרֶךְ אֶרֶץ שֶׁמִּי שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ אַכְסְנַאי יוֹם רִאשׁוֹן יַאֲכִילֶנּוּ פְּטוּמוֹת, לְמָחָר יַאֲכִילֶנּוּ דָּגִים, לְמָחָר בְּשַׂר בְּהֵמָה, לְמָחָר מַאֲכִילוֹ קִטְנִית, לְמָחָר מַאֲכִילוֹ יָרָק, פּוֹחֵת וְהוֹלֵךְ כְּפָרֵי הֶחָג:

כ"ט:ל"ז מִנְחָתָ֣ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֗ם לַפָּ֨ר לָאַ֧יִל וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֛ים בְּמִסְפָּרָ֖ם כַּמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃

29:37 the meal offerings and libations for the bull, the ram, and the lambs, in the quantities prescribed;

29:37 their meal-offering and their drink-offerings for the bullock, for the ram, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the ordinance;

כ"ט:ל"ז מִנְחַתְהוֹן וְנִסְכֵּיהוֹן לְתוֹרָא לְדִכְרָא וּלְאִמְּרִין בְּמִנְיָנֵיהוֹן כִּדְחָזֵי:

כ"ט:ל"ח וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃

29:38 and one goat for a sin offering—in addition to the regular burnt offering, its meal offering and libation.

29:38 and one he-goat for a sin-offering; beside the continual burnt-offering, and the meal-offering thereof, and the drink-offering thereof.

כ"ט:ל"ח וּצְפִירָא דְחַטָּאתָא חַד בַּר מֵעֲלַת תְּדִירָא וּמִנְחָתַהּ וְנִסְכַּהּ:

כ"ט:ל"ט אֵ֛לֶּה תַּעֲשׂ֥וּ לַיהוָ֖ה בְּמוֹעֲדֵיכֶ֑ם לְבַ֨ד מִנִּדְרֵיכֶ֜ם וְנִדְבֹתֵיכֶ֗ם לְעֹלֹֽתֵיכֶם֙ וּלְמִנְחֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם וּלְנִסְכֵּיכֶ֖ם וּלְשַׁלְמֵיכֶֽם׃

29:39 All these you shall offer to the LORD at the stated times, in addition to your votive and freewill offerings, be they burnt offerings, meal offerings, libations, or offerings of well-being.

29:39 These ye shall offer unto the LORD in your appointed seasons, beside your vows, and your freewill-offerings, whether they be your burnt-offerings, or your meal-offerings, or your drink-offerings, or your peace-offerings.

כ"ט:ל"ט אִלֵּין תַּעַבְּדוּן קֳדָם יְיָ בְּמוֹעֲדֵיכוֹן בַּר מִנִּדְרֵיכוֹן וְנִדְבַתְכוֹן לַעֲלָוַתְכוֹן וּלְמִנְחַתְכוֹן וּלְנִסְכֵּיכוֹן וּלְנִכְסַת קוּדְשֵׁיכוֹן:

אלה תעשו לה' במועדיכם. דָּבָר הַקָּצוּב לְחוֹבָה:

לבד מנדריכם. אִם בָּאתֶם לִדּוֹר קָרְבָּנוֹת בָּרֶגֶל, מִצְוָה הִיא בְּיֶדְכֶם, אוֹ נְדָרִים אוֹ נְדָבוֹת שֶׁנְּדַרְתֶּם כָּל הַשָּׁנָה, הַקְרִיבוּם בָּרֶגֶל, שֶׁמָּא יִקְשֶׁה לוֹ לַחֲזֹר וְלַעֲלוֹת לִירוּשָׁלַיִם וּלְהַקְרִיב נְדָרָיו וְנִמְצָא עוֹבֵר בְּבַל תְּאַחֵר:

ל׳:א׳ וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כְּכֹ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ (פ)

30:1 So Moses spoke to the Israelites just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

30:1 And Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.

ל׳:א׳ וַאֲמַר משֶׁה לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל דִּי פַקִּיד יְיָ יָת משֶׁה:

ויאמר משה אל בני ישראל. לְהַפְסִיק הָעִנְיָן, דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל, לְפִי שֶׁעַד כָּאן דְּבָרָיו שֶׁל מָקוֹם וּפָרָשַׁת נְדָרִים מַתְחֶלֶת בְּדִבּוּרוֹ שֶׁל מֹשֶׁה, הֻצְרַךְ לְהַפְסִיק תְּחִלָּה וְלוֹמַר שֶׁחָזַר מֹשֶׁה וְאֲמָרָהּ פָרָשָׁה זוֹ לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, שֶׁאִם לֹא כֵן, יֵשׁ בְּמַשְׁמַע שֶׁלֹּא אָמַר לָהֶם זוֹ, אֶלָּא בְּפָרָשַׁת נְדָרִים הִתְחִיל דְּבָרָיו:
